The Before and After of a residence in the Monte Vista Historic District

Part of the criteria given to us was to house a large flat screen television in a piece of furniture, suggest the feeling of the colors of Italy, and mix in some contemporary furniture. We copied an old Italian armoire found in Mexico and went shopping at the Decorative Center in Dallas where we found the Italian leather chair, with a nod to earlier twentieth century design.
